Meditation/visualisation
I have studied and practised a number of useful visualisation techniques that enable us to calm the emotions and settle the heart/mind. Visualisation techniques are used in the the teachings of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga. I have had many teachers. My main teachers of meditation have been from the Zen Buddhist tradition and Taoist tradition.
